Privacy Policy

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, budget range, project description, and preferred timeline. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our client relationship with you.

We do not collect personal information from visitors who do not contact us. We do not track individual users, store IP addresses, or build user profiles. We do not use cookies beyond a single localStorage key to record whether you have dismissed the privacy banner.

We handle all personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free tool that collects only aggregate, anonymized page view data. Plausible does not collect personal information, does not store IP addresses, does not use cookies, and does not perform cross-site tracking. Data is processed in the EU under GDPR-compliant infrastructure.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising platform. We do not run retargeting ads. We do not sell, share, or monetize any data.

This website does not set any cookies. We use one localStorage entry — dual-elixir-privacy-ack — to record that you have dismissed the privacy notice banner. This value is never transmitted to any server and is not used for tracking.

Information submitted through our contact form is delivered via Resend (resend.com), our transactional email provider. Resend processes the message only for delivery. We retain contact form submissions for up to two years to manage client communications and respond to follow-up inquiries.

Any follow-up communications comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying to any of our emails or contacting us at dualelixirdesign@gmail.com.

We use the following services to operate this website:

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or social media tracking pixels.

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to two years from the date of submission, or for the duration of the client relationship plus one year, whichever is longer. After that period, data is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent to our use of your information (subject to legal obligations)

To exercise any of these rights, email dualelixirdesign@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We comply with our obligations under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) regarding data breach notification. If a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information creates a real risk of significant harm, we will:

• Notify you as soon as feasible after determining the breach has occurred
• Report the breach to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
• Maintain records of all breaches involving personal information for at least 24 months

Notification will include the circumstances of the breach, when it occurred, the personal information involved, steps we have taken to reduce risk of harm, and steps you can take to reduce your risk.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at dualelixirdesign@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete that information from our records.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information promptly.

Our services are operated from Canada. If you are accessing our services from outside Canada, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Canada, where our servers and central database are located.

Canadian privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services or providing us with information, you consent to the transfer of your information to Canada and to its processing under Canadian law, including PIPEDA.
