Scope of Service
These terms govern the provision of web design, development, and related services by Dual Elixir Design. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in project agreements or proposals.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom work delivered for your project. Pre-existing materials, tools, and frameworks we use remain our property or that of their licensors.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are set forth in your proposal or invoice. Generally, deposits may be required before work begins; balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed.
Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate engagement in accordance with the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for work completed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
