Premium method, applied to the build.
Modular, repeatable, finished.
Typical timing — your actual delivery date is finalized with you on the call.
Scope & Assets
Day 0–1
We run a 60-minute scope call. You show us what you have, we show you what you need. By the end of the call we've worked through the estimate together — page count, feature list, integrations, timing, and price — and agreed on a delivery date that fits your project. You sign a one-page scope document. 50% deposit processed via Stripe. No ambiguity — ever.
Day 0–1
Step 01
Wireframe
Day 2–3
We design pages as low-fidelity wireframes before touching a pixel of visual design. Structure first. Copy hierarchy first. User flow first. You approve the wireframes in one round — any changes happen here, when they cost nothing.
Day 2–3
Step 02
Design System
Day 3–5
Fonts, colors, spacing, components — built as a system, not guessed. Buttons, cards, form fields, and layout decisions go into a design library specific to your brand. Applied consistently across the site. One round of visual feedback, then locked.
Day 3–5
Step 03
Build & Optimize
Day 5–12
We build on Next.js, deploy to Vercel. Pages tested on real devices — iPhone, Android, iPad, desktop. Forms submitted end-to-end. Links verified. Page speed measured and optimized. Lighthouse 90+ across the site. Accessibility built toward WCAG AA.
Day 5–12
Step 04
QA & Deploy
Day 13–14
Final review. You test the site on your devices. We run the full verification suite — automated checks covering links, forms, SEO, accessibility, performance. Zero failures required before Vercel deploys to production. We transfer domain, credentials, and source code to your accounts. You own everything.
Day 13–14
Step 05
Studio practice, applied to the build.
Links verified at launch.
Studio practice — fixed fast if anything slips.
Forms tested before launch.
Forms tested end-to-end before deploy.
< 2.5s page load.
Page speed measured before launch.
Process FAQs
What if I miss a deadline for approvals?
Your review rounds pause the clock — the timeline we agreed on just shifts by that amount. No penalties.
Can we skip wireframes and go straight to design?
No. Wireframes catch 90% of issues before they cost real time. Skipping them is how projects blow through scope and budget.
What if I hate the design?
The wireframe phase is where we catch misalignment on structure and priorities. The design phase is where we catch misalignment on aesthetics. One round of changes per phase is included. If we fundamentally misread what you wanted, we're refunding and parting ways — no fight.
Ready to start?
Book a scope call. We'll walk through the five steps and shape an estimate together before you hang up.
